Crews present their dress uniforms for inspection, with attention to the required components, consistency and neatness.

Rules and procedure

Organization and council patches, unit identifiers and rank or position insignia are required.

Ten points are deducted for each registered crew member who is missing.

Per-person rubric: cover 10, jumper or blouse 30, trousers 30, neckerchief 4, shoes 4, socks 2, belt 2, BSA strip 2, council strip 2, ship patch 2, shoes polished 2, clean and pressed 10.

Eligibility, responsibilities, awards and protests

Registered ship members can send private event feedback through the ship portal. Feedback is separate from a formal protest; urgent concerns should go directly to event staff.
