How it works

  1. Create an account

    Create an account and select your ship from the existing list, or tell us that you are volunteering independently. The committee reviews new accounts before registration access is enabled.

  2. Pre-register

    Estimate how many youth and adults will attend and camp on site. Include dietary requirements and any accessibility or participation accommodations. Your estimates help us plan meals and accommodations.

  3. Add everyone attending

    Closer to the event, list every youth and adult attending. Counts and fees update automatically.

  4. Waivers, time slots and judging

    Add each participant’s contact details so their waiver can be sent to the appropriate signer. A parent or guardian signs for a participant under 18. Choose your team’s event times and service details, and arrange adult judging shifts.

  5. Payment

    Once the committee approves your roster, pay online by bank transfer (no fee) or card (processing fee added), or mail a check. Your balance is always visible in the portal.

Adults registering with a ship sign up for 2 confirmed shifts to receive the lower adult rate. Adults with fewer shifts pay the higher adult rate. Your invoice updates as assignments are confirmed or changed.
