Southwestern Rendezvous texts

Program: Southwestern Rendezvous event and registration texts, sent by Sea Scout Fall Event. We text confirmations, waiver signing links, schedule information, updates from the committee, and urgent alerts during the event.

Signing up: you can agree in person with your ship manager, on our sign-up page at /sms (then reply YES to confirm), or by texting our event keyword. Youth under 18 are texted only with a parent or guardian’s agreement.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out; we will send one message confirming you are opted out and no more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email info@swrendezvous.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website

Give accurate information when you register, volunteer or sign waivers, and keep your sign-in to yourself. Ship managers are responsible for the people they register and the information they enter about them.

Fees, deadlines and refunds for each year are set by the Rendezvous committee and shown on the site and in the event manual.

We may update the site and these terms. We will post changes on this page.
